Golden Eye Chef 2023 – Terms & Conditions

  1. All the participants are requested to carefully read, understand and agree with the Terms & Conditions prior to entry because they form a legally binding agreement with respect to this Contest.
  2. Golden Eye Chef 2023 | International, an International Cooking Competition organised by the Antardrishti – 35, Ashoka Enclave, Dayalbag, Agra, India.
  3. The Contest begins on September 30, 2023 and will conclude on October 30, 2023 (“Contest Period”). All dates are subject to change.
  4. Anyone, who is legally blind and having a valid certificate of blindness can participate in this contest, irrespective of location, gender, language, religion, race.
  5. Contestant must be a 18 years or older on September 30, 2023
  6. There is no entry fee to participate in this Contest.
  7. The language of communication is English or Hindi. If you are not comfort with English or Hindi, you can take help of interpreter for communication.
  8. Only entries that fulfil the T&C of the Contest will be given approval.
  9. Entries that violate the T&C of the Contest will be summarily rejected.
  10. Submission of an entry form and compliance with the T&C does not in any way constitute an offer to appear on the contest. When selecting applicants for Golden Eye Chef 2023, the following issues will be taken into account: skill, enthusiasm, drive, love of food, desire to change your life. In reviewing the information you provide as part of the screening process, all relevant circumstances will be considered. The Golden Eye Chef 2023 team’s decisions regarding selection to the program will be final.
  11. Golden Eye Chef will not be responsible for any malfunction of the Contest website or the server hosting the site or malfunction/failure of telecommunication transmission, network connectivity, hardware/software failures of any kind.
  12. The Contest entry must not:
    1. Contain any content, material or element that is unlawful, or otherwise is in violation of or contrary to all applicable national, state or local laws and regulations.
    2. Use any content, material, or element that is owned by a third party or entity or that violates a third party’s publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights.
  13. In case of any fraud or mischief found on the part of the participant, he/she will be disqualified from this Contest.
  14. A panel of jury approved by the Golden Eye Chef, will scrutinise the entries received. This committee will screen the entries, and select the best among them. However, Golden Eye Chef reserves the right to decide the number of entries to be published on the website after screening.
  15. The jury will have at least three members. The jury will decide the winners. Golden Eye Chef reserves the right to choose the members of the jury.
  16. Golden Eye Chef reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, including prizes, extend the period of or discontinue the Contest without notice, without assigning any reason at its sole and absolute discretion, and without any liability.
  17. Golden Eye Chef also reserves the right to cancel the Contest partly or fully or modify the Contest partly or fully without assigning any specific reason at any time. The decision of Golden Eye Chef in all matters relating to this Contest will be final and binding. The Contestant should be willing to accept the decision of the jury as the final decision in this matter.
  18. All International, national, state and local laws and regulations within the boundary of the Republic of India will be applicable. Only the courts of Agra District will have jurisdiction on any matter or dispute arising from this Contest.
  19. The Golden Eye Chef Team, will be the final authority to decide and/or settle any dispute of whatsoever nature arising out of or connected to this Contest, and the decision of the Team will be final and non-appealable in all such matters.
  20. By participating in this Contest, the participant agrees to give Golden Eye Chef a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, assignable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify and publish the creative video works for promotional or marketing purposes.
  21. Participants should agree that personal data submitted for the Contest, including their names, and all contact details may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by Golden Eye Chef, or/by its Consultants on behalf of Golden Eye Chef to conduct and administer the Contest or for the marketing or promotional activities of Golden Eye Chef.
  22. By participating in this Contest, contestants agree to be bound by all of the above-mentioned Terms and Conditions and by Golden Eye Chef’s decisions, which will be final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest.
