Chef Anand Raj Singh having 3 decades experience as multi-cuisine Chef. At present Chef Anand is working with Sunday Hotels, Jaipur as executive chef.
Initially, after completing his study with IHM Jaipur, Chef Anand began his professional culinary journey with ITC group in 1991. In 1992 he was the opening team member of hotel Rajputana Palace Sheraton, Jaipur. He has worked at Hotel Samode, Hotel Le Meridien, Hotel Golden Tulip as Executive Chef. Chef Anand was cluster Executive Chef in Ramada Hotels, Neemrana.
Chef Anand has also organised food festivals in Le Meridien Cochin, Taj Residency Lucknow and Jaipur. Along with organising food festivals he also showcased recipes in local media & have done various food promotions & festivals.
Today he serves as executive chef for Sunday Hotels, Jaipur.
